Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery time frame, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 15 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

Briidea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Briidea will responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.(Please note: keep the package you receive, attach some pictures of the damaged package).
