I got an e mail saying from the carrier that it was damaged and sent back. I haven't heard anything since. I tried to contact this company but was unsuccessful.
Easy to install. Excellent customer service. LED readout and ability to set alarm parameters calms the spirit. The factory detector began going off at 0200 when only a year old. No more.
So far so good, the sensor seems to work well and haven't had any issues with the device.
