RV Carbon Monoxide Detector

Terrible

I received my thermostat, the box had BAD written on it right below the shipping label. I installed just to check thinking maybe it was a return that had been fixed. It was not, the screen display did not work. It would operate the appliances but had no way to know what it was actually doing. I sent email to support and was told they would send me a new one within 4-7 days. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I’ve reached out to support again and was told be patient it will come but nothing else. Now they have stopped responding to me emails.

Screws falling out

Two of the screws around the fan casing want stat in. Fell out just as soon as it was removed from the package. Im returning it
