I received my thermostat, the box had BAD written on it right below the shipping label. I installed just to check thinking maybe it was a return that had been fixed. It was not, the screen display did not work. It would operate the appliances but had no way to know what it was actually doing. I sent email to support and was told they would send me a new one within 4-7 days. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I’ve reached out to support again and was told be patient it will come but nothing else. Now they have stopped responding to me emails.
