So far so good, the sensor seems to work well and haven't had any issues with the device.

Purchased the soft start from Briidea, and installed it a few days later. After the wiring changes, my ac wasn't working. I was contacted by Briidea about my purchase, at which time they requested photos of the wiring of my unit. I didn't contact them, they contacted me to ensure I was happy. After receiving another schematic, and input from the customer service, I was able to fix the issue. Soft start works perfectly! I highly recommend Briidea, they want to make sure their customers are happy with the purchase. How many companies contact you to follow up on your purchase? Not many! Briidea is outstanding and I will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Installed the Briidea Soft Start Kit on my home 4-ton AC. The unit is 23 years old and still going strong but I wanted it to last longer so I installed this unit. Installation is pretty easy if you read through everything a couple of times and understand basic electricity. I am an electrical contractor so installation was straight forward for me.
