We ordered, and never received tracking information despite numerous contacts asking, begging to find out it it had been shipped. ONLY when we said we wanted to cancel did we hear back from them. And were told item had shipped, don't worry. Still no tracking info. So we found a seller on eBay, ordered and received the item. THEN the order from Briidea FINALLY arrived. I am now trying to contact them for how to return and be refunded for the item, which remains unopened. I suppose it is time to get the bank involved as Briidea just won't answer, respond to my requests. Again. Bottom line, I do not recommend this seller due to the total lack of customer service and poor communications with me, the customer.
